Our Team

We are dedicated and passionate professionals: rocket scientists, engineers, planetary scientists, pilots, national security and intelligence professionals from around the world. Our team brings decades of experience from organizations like NASA, Boeing, Paragon Space, IBM, Motorola, Google, Microsoft, and the US Military.  We are all committed to the success and safe operations of Moon exploration. 

Blair DeWitt
Blair is part of a growing group of ‘Astropreneurs’, experienced entrepreneurs creating new opportunities for commercial space-based operations. Lunar Station Corp creates solutions that transform global strategies for accessing the resources on our Moon and educates the next wave of space explorers.  His experiences in NASA and Silicon Valley cultivated the unique set of skills that propelled Blair into launching LSC (his second start-up) in 2016.  Blair has earned his master's degree at MIT.
Dennis S. Williams
Dennis brings 30+years of robust business and program development in commercial and government sectors. Key career-shaping experiences include: IBM, Raytheon, GeoEye Analytics, Paragon Space Development, US Navy and advisor to innovative, cutting-edge tech consultants. His networks: top technology trade crafters & subject matter experts. His results: strong revenue arcs for critical & disruptive tech. Teaming leads: LMCO, NGC, Raytheon, CACI, Cobham, ARA, Alion S&T, U of Texas, and Caterpillar.

David Brown
Head of Operations
David S. Brown has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry. He has led numerous R&D efforts to develop leading-edge technology products and systems for companies including ARRIS, Motorola and Microsoft. His expertise spans Strategic Planning, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Product/Program Management and Operations. He also has worked as a principal in several start-up companies and helped lead them through successful M&A activity.

Our Advisors

Michael D. Griffin
Michael Griffin was the first appointee as Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, responsible for research, development, and prototyping activities within the Department of Defense. He was Administrator of NASA Administrator 2005-09, overseeing return to flight of the Space Shuttle following the loss of Columbia. He left the Department of Defense in 2020, and is a Co-Founder and Co-President of LogiQ, Inc., a company providing high-end management consulting services.
Lisa Porter
Lisa Porter was the first appointee as Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering. In prior roles, she was the Director of IQT Labs at In-Q-Tel, the president of Teledyne Scientific & Imaging, the founding Director of the IARPA, the Associate Administrator for Aeronautics at NASA, and a senior scientist at the DARPA. She left the Department of Defense in 2020 and is a Co-Founder and Co-President of LogiQ.
Kevin O'Connell
Kevin O’Connell most recently was a Presidential Appointee with the Department of Commerce, serving as the Director of the Office of Space Commerce (OSC). His government experience includes the Department of Defense, the Department of State, the National Security Council, the Office of the Vice President, and the Office of the Director of Central Intelligence. In the private sector, he served in management and research roles at RAND, and founder (2007) of Innovative Analytics and Training, LLC.
Keith Masback
Keith Masback the internationally recognized authority on geospatial intelligence with over 30 years of experience. Recently appointed to the Mapping Sciences Committee of The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. Previously, he served as an Army officer, government senior executive, member of the Intelligence Task Force of the Defense Science Board, member of the Advisory Committee on Commercial Remote Sensing, and Chairman of the National Geospatial Advisory Committee.
